Why is the <> operator not available for the email field constraints?

The ability to use the < > operator on an email field does not exist at this time. Thus, if you're searching for Users, you will only see operators such as "is" and "contains" as possible constraints for the email field. You can, however, use the < > operator on the unique ID field of the User data type.
