In case you are receiving too few or no matches in the RFP system, please follow these steps:
Check that you have opted in to the new RFP.
Note that any blank fields will affect your match rate. Make sure the following fields are filled out in your agency profile and agency account settings:
Languages and primary services you offer in your agency profile settings
Project type (new vs. ongoing) and budget (min fixed fee) you’re accepting in your RFP notification settings
Location on your account settings page.
Respond promptly to RFP proposals.
