At this time, we are unable transfer applications with paid subscriptions to accounts with active credit balances due to the terms of service and stipulations associated with each credit offering.

However, our team may be able to facilitate the transfer on an exception basis, or we can offer to wipe the credit balance on the destination account so that you're able to transfer the app successfully.
