How can I see all of my invoices?
All of your invoices are available by navigating to your Account page and selecting "Invoices" on the left-hand side. If you update your business name or address in the "Billing" section of your Account page, you can download an updated version of your invoices reflecting these changes.
Log in to your Bubble Account: Go to your Account page.
Navigate to the Invoices Section: On the left-hand side menu, click on "Invoices."
Switch Between Plan Types: If your invoices are not visible, adjust the dropdown menu under the "Plans tab." Change from "Currently Subscribed" to "Previously Subscribed" to ensure full visibility into both active and archived subscription invoices.
If you still can't locate an invoice, contact Bubble Support with your account details.
Note: upon account deletion, all associated data — including invoices — will be permanently removed. Download and save any invoices you may need before deleting your account.
How can I update the information that appears on my invoices?
Update your information on your Account page > Billing tab. Your VAT number can be added to your business address, if needed.
Navigate to your Invoices tab. Once there, you can click on the three dots next to each invoice and update the invoice information to include your current address / name.
How can I add a tax ID to my invoices?
Bubble is a U.S.-based company and does not have a VAT number. Instead, Bubble provides a W-9 form that includes its U.S. tax identification information (Employer Identification Number / EIN). This document can be used for tax-related documentation or expense reporting.
To add your own Tax ID or VAT number to your invoices, go to Account > Billing and click "Add Tax ID", then:
Choose the type of tax ID from the dropdown menu.
Input your VAT ID or other tax identification information.
After completing these steps, your VAT ID will appear on all future invoices. You can also regenerate past invoices to reflect your VAT ID through the invoice history in your account settings.
Note: Bubble, being a non-EU supplier, does not manage VAT reporting for customers. If you add your VAT ID to Bubble invoices, you will be responsible for reporting and paying any VAT owed according to your local regulations.
When is sales tax charged on my invoices?
Sales tax is not collected on the first invoice of your subscription, but will be collected on subsequent invoices.
