Marketplace payouts go out on the 5th of every month.
Payout threshold
You can configure your payout threshold in Marketplace > Settings. The threshold is the minimum accrued amount needed before a payout is sent — for example, a $5 threshold means we won't process a payout until you've accrued at least $5.
My payout was different from what I expected
If you notice a discrepancy between what you received and what you expected, or you didn't receive a payout at all, contact our Support team.
Why doesn't my 'plugin uses' count match my payouts?
The 'Plugin Uses' count includes all apps with your plugin installed — even ones without an active subscription. Plugins without active subscriptions are disabled in run mode and don't generate payouts. For example, when users copy their apps for testing, your install count goes up, but those copies can't use your plugin in run mode without paying for it again.
I can't receive payouts through Stripe based on my location
We use Stripe for payment processing, which restricts payouts from US accounts to certain countries, including India, Pakistan, and Brazil. See Stripe's documentation for the full list.
If you're able to set up a US-based Stripe Connect account with a US bank account, you may be able to receive payouts that way.
Otherwise, PayPal is available as an alternative. To set it up:
Set up your Marketplace account on the Marketplace profile page.
Set up the PayPal account where you want to receive payouts.
Verify that you have at least one sale or pending payout on the Marketplace — this is required before completing PayPal setup.
Reach out via the Bubble chatbot with your Bubble marketplace account email and your PayPal email address.
PayPal integration will fail if you don't have any pending payouts or sales yet. Once a sale is recorded, you'll be able to complete the setup.
