I do not recognize a charge from Bubble - what should I do?

You should see all of your invoices in your Account page > Invoices. If you do not see this invoice or if you do not have a Bubble account, please reach out to our Support team to assist with this further. To expedite our investigation and ensure its efficiency, please make sure to provide us with the following details:

  • The last four digits of the card that was charged

  • The expiration date of the card

  • The type of card that was charged (e.g. Visa, Amex, Mastercard)

  • The date of the charge

  • A screenshot of the invoice, if available
