Who We Are Momentum Group is a Sydney-based Bubble.io agency that’s been building custom web applications since 2020. We’ve delivered over 40 client apps, built 10+ internal ventures, and collaborated with more than 50 professionals across UX, product, and development. Alongside our agency work, we created Momentum Academy, the only end-to-end Bubble.io training program of its kind.

How We Work
We begin every project with an initial call to ensure alignment. If it’s a good fit, we move into a structured scoping and briefing process. We don’t rely on AI to create project documentation—instead, we ask the right questions, build shared understanding, and move forward with a plan that makes sense for everyone. We work part-time on projects to give clients space to reflect and iterate, and we structure contracts with clear expectations around time, budget, and deliverables.

Design and Development
Our process is deeply collaborative. We co-design in Figma, iterate quickly, and align closely with clients through weekly feedback loops. Development happens in Bubble, with thoughtful attention to clean architecture, reusability, and minimal technical debt. We test thoroughly, both internally and with clients, and deploy carefully to minimise disruption.
