Our Development cycle consists of 5 major phases:
1. Planning, Research and Analysis
During the planning stage, the project scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined through comprehensive meetings. This involves understanding the client's vision, needs, and expectations to ensure alignment with the end goals.

2. Designing and Prototyping
In this phase, we translate the project's requirements and objectives into detailed visual and functional representations. This involves creating user interface, user experience flows that illustrate how the software will look and operate. Once the design is in place, the prototyping phase begins, where we begin the backend development workflows.

3. Development and Testing
This stage involves front-end and back-end development, database setup, and the integration of third-party services or APIs. We work in iterative cycles, often using agile methodologies, to build and refine the software incrementally. As features are developed they are subjected to rigorous testing to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended.

4. Deployment
During this phase, we move the web/mobile app from a development environment to a live server where it becomes accessible to real time users. Before going live, the web app undergoes thorough pre-deployment testing to catch any last-minute issues and ensure stability.

5. Maintenance and Support
During this phase, we shift the focus to monitoring the software's performance, addressing any issues that arise, and making necessary updates to keep it running smoothly. This includes fixing bugs, patching security vulnerabilities, and implementing enhancements based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
