(1) Scoping We kick off the process through a Discovery Call in which we document everything related to your goals: Your target audience, the key features and how they are expected to work. This information is documented in an engineering-ready Scope Document.
(2) Wireframing We then build the entirety of your app in Figma. You will have complete access to the live work and we encourage feedback and comments to ensure we build the designs that you are proud to share.
(3) Development Once the scope and wireframes are locked, we kick-off the development process.
(4) Testing We have a dedicated 1-week of testing to ensure any issues or changes that may be required are addressed before the app is made ready for launch.
(5) Go-Live The journey doesn't end with launch - initially, we will provide support to ensure any issues encountered by your early users are quickly resolved.
