As a showcase of our capabilities, we built Bethemarket.es, a comprehensive gig marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers. The platform is powered by a fully integrated, custom-built ERP system that manages the entire user journey.
The core functionality orchestrates the complete workflow: from initial quote requests and bid selection to project management and final payment, all facilitated through an integrated transactional chat.

🔎 Flexible Quoting System: Buyers can either broadcast a single request to multiple sellers to receive competitive bids or contact a specific vendor directly for a quote.

✅ Trust & Safety Mechanisms: We implemented features like seller verification and a review system tied directly to completed purchases to build user confidence.

💳 Secure Escrow Payments: A built-in payment protocol holds the buyer's funds in escrow. The funds are only released to the seller upon the buyer's approval of the completed service, guaranteeing satisfaction.

🧾 Automated Invoicing: The system automatically generates and delivers invoices to the buyer once a project is marked as complete.

For the Seller's Operations (ERP) 💻:

🌐 Professional Microsites: Sellers receive a customizable public-facing profile page that acts as their professional web presence, managed via a subscription model.

💼 Unified Management Dashboard: A powerful backend allows sellers to manage their entire workflow: client communication, project tracking, and a full invoicing system that even accommodates sales made outside the platform.

💰 Commission-Based Monetization & Payment Security: The platform guarantees payment for sellers through the escrow system, monetizing via a commission on successful projects.

🗣️ Transactional Chat: The chat feature is more than just for communication; it includes integrated protocols for hiring, managing milestones, and processing payments directly within the conversation.
