Stages
The implementation of a project can be divided into several stages:
Introduction - Every project starts with an idea from the client and the initial assessment of whether a collaboration between us is possible.
Preparation and Planning - Planning begins with researching similar ideas and projects, analyzing successful practices, and determining the most efficient technical approaches.
Legal and Financial Aspects - After finalizing the technical aspects, we enter into a contract that covers all legal matters of interest to both parties.
Development - The project manager conducts an introductory meeting, providing a detailed explanation of the project and sprint goals.
Communication - Communication can take place via email or within the task management software. The project manager holds daily meetings to assess the completion status of tasks set on the previous day, address any obstacles, and assign tasks for the current day.
Testing - Testing is conducted within the teams, and additional testers may be engaged if needed.
Post-Project Support - Within two months of signing the acceptance document, the client can report any bugs that may have arisen during the project's implementation.
