I start by listening to your pain points and understanding how your business operates today. From there, I identify the highest-impact opportunities where software and automations can remove bottlenecks, reduce manual work, and improve reliability. Next, I map out the build plan in plain language, showing exactly what will be built and how each part addresses the issues we identified.

If you want to move forward, I provide a clear scope of work and a defined budget up front so you know exactly what you are investing in before development begins. During the build, we work through pre-defined milestones with scheduled check-ins for progress reviews and approvals. This keeps the project aligned, prevents surprises, and ensures you have visibility into what is being delivered as it’s being built.

At launch, I deliver documentation both inside the app and for the team using it, so adoption and handoff are smooth. After release, I include a three-month stabilization period at no extra charge to fix bugs and handle any necessary polish that comes from real usage. After that, you can either retain me for ongoing maintenance and improvements or bring me in as needed for new features and future phases.
