Their plugins have bugs and are not quite finished. Support cannot help and only answers after days. I think everything is done by one person. Unfortunately, the payment pages don't work and the plugins themselves don't
maybe you are just dumb and entitled.
24/7 hours support is not included on $9 usd subscription, go hire someone.
multiple clientes send thousands of messages everyday with the exact same plugin. (plugin author)
