A simple invisible element that detects when it enters or exits the user’s screen. Perfect for triggering workflows like video autoplay or marking messages as seen.
Visibility Detector Plugin
This lightweight, invisible Bubble element lets you trigger events when it appears or disappears from the user's screen. Easily add smarter interactivity to your app by knowing when specific elements are visible.
How it works: - Place the element (1x1 px, fully invisible) inside any repeating group cell or element. - When the detector enters the viewport (user’s visible area), a custom workflow can run. - When it exits, another event can fire.
Example Use Cases:
Auto-play videos in a feed: Place inside each post. When the post becomes visible, auto-play the video—just like major social apps.
Read receipts for chat messages: Place in each message. When it’s seen on screen, update the message to “seen = yes”.
Features:
Detects when entering or leaving the viewport
Works in repeating groups or single elements
Invisible and lightweight (1x1 px)
Easy to set up—just drop it in and add workflows
Enhance your app’s UX by responding instantly to what your users are actually viewing.
