Pause, auto-pause, and resume Bubble realtime updates on pages that display high-churn data types. Use it to reduce avoidable realtime refresh work in tables, repeating groups, admin grids, logs, dashboards, and other pages where records or search results update frequently but users only need a stable snapshot.
- Auto-pause realtime updates after a configurable, dynamic number of inactive minutes
- Restore realtime updates automatically when the user returns, clicks, types, scrolls, or focuses the page
- Pause all realtime updates during sensitive workflows, bulk edits, imports, or review sessions
- Temporarily unsubscribe selected Things using a list of unique IDs, useful for visible table rows
- Temporarily unsubscribe groups or repeating groups by HTML ID Attribute when their search-based data sources should stay stable
- Subscribe selected Things or search-based elements again when the page or table should become live again
- Helps with avoidable browser realtime update work; it does not reduce WU from writes, searches, backend workflows, or API calls that still run
