If the user did not add to home yet then you can trigger a workflow to tell them to add to home

Once they added to home you can un trigger the workflow

Instructions

1) Install the plug in
2) Put the Add to home detector in the page
3) Set Up the work flow when page is loaded. Get app install status Add to Home Detector
4) Set Up the work flow Add to home detector App is not installed then trigger the pop up or the instruction you want them to add to home
