Instructions
1. Place the element on the page.
2. Give the element the list you want to work with.
3. Run the actions to Swap items, or delete items.
3.1. You MUST use the index # of the 2 items you want to swap.
3.2. There is a slight delay in the state updating(Bubble Limitation), so you must trigger any actions you want to do with a schedule custom action with a delay of some sort.
