Just purchased... It works if Upload a file from my Computer. But cant provide a URL to the APP

Just purchased... But cant provide a URL to the APP to get the length of audio which is on the database. So it is useless to me.. If you can Update and allow this basic functionality of adding a URL instead of opening up an upload window, this will be very useful for me and I will change to 5 stars... Thank you...

Well, upload isn't working

When doing the exact same workflow as shown in the demo editor, and as explained by the documentation, but the file is not uploaded, and thus I cannot use it.
