Step 2: Create a chatbot
Step 3: Choose FAQ AI Template
Step 4: Prepare documents containing information about your company. You can also download a template with pre-existing questions, available on the upload documents page. After preparing the document, upload it to your chatbot.
Step 5: Take the chatbotid from the url (It will look like this in the browser url: ?chatbotid=[chatbotid]) and add it on the plugin. This is your chatbot's id.
Step 6: Add the chatbot element to your page and start chatting!
