FAQ

- How do I trigger the tooltip?
You can trigger the tooltip by setting the event to either a click, hover, or custom event. This can be configured in the Show Event setting in the plugin options.

- Can I customize the position of the tooltip?
Yes, you can customize the position by adjusting the Tool tip corner and Target element corner settings. These allow you to define how the tooltip aligns with the target element.

- What kind of content can I show in the tooltip?
You can display dynamic or static content, including rich text, personalized notifications, or any HTML-based content, depending on your needs.

- Is it possible to control the appearance of the tooltip?
Yes, you can control the tooltip’s appearance through settings such as Rounded corner, Shadow, Font style, Border, and much more. Additionally, you can apply themes like bootstrap for easier styling.

- What happens if I want multiple tooltips on the same page?
You can define unique IDs for each tooltip, allowing you to have multiple tooltips with different triggers and content on the same page. You can also control whether other tooltips should hide when a new one is shown using the Hide all other tooltips setting.

1. Go to the settings page in your editor. Under the General tab click on the checkbox "Expose the option to add an ID attribute to HTML elements" 2. To attach a tooltip to an element (text, input, multiline input, button), enter a name at the "ID Attribute" field in the property editor of the element.
3. Pick and drop the Air tooltip element on the page. It doesn't matter where you drop it. It won't be visible on the page when previewed.
4. In the Trigger element id attribute of the tooltip, enter the same name you entered in step 2.
5. Choose your options and you're done.

NB: To use your own style make sure you have checked the box, "Custom style".
NB: Currently this works for the following elements: buttons, texts, inputs, and multiline inputs.

You can use this in a repeating group. Use the index of the field with some text to create some expression for the Element ID attribute and use the same expression for your tooltip.
