There are several ways to use it. Example:
Use the action in the workflow:
Page is Loaded: In actions use the Back Button Disable plugin.

Attention: For the action to work the user must perform some action on the page, a click, a scroll does not matter. Without this action the plugin will not work.
For pages that should contain this block, I recommend the use of a Welcome Popup, so the user will be forced to close, and thus automatically activates the plugin.
