1- Trigger an action event by adding the element: Convert-to-XLSX
2- Enter Name of Workbook in the Input: Workbook Name

3- Click on Set Another key / value under the source heading

4- Add sheet name in key input

5- Add data source and format it as text

6- Create a JSON object in the format as text where key will be the header and the value will be the list of desired list of values from that data source ( check demo data for better understanding )

7- Data source should be enclosed in square brackets
