-In Bubble, go to Settings -> General -> make sure "Expose the option to add an ID attribute to HTML elements" is checked
-Add "Animate" workflow under the Plugins tab -Target text elements by entering their ID -Check "Use easing" if you want the animation to gradually reduce speed near the end

As others have mentioned, the text gets duplicated whenever the page is resized. However, I figured out the solution! Simply make the text element fixed-width, and group it within a group that is also fixed-with. That stops it duplicating!
