First place the "Create .txt file" element on your page. Then you are free to call two actions, they are:

Create (Upload to Bubble): This action creates a .txt file and uploads the file to your "File manager". If you want to retrieve the URL of the file, call the "Upload File Complete" function. The URL of the file will be saved in the "url_file" status of the element.

Create (Download): This action creates a .txt file and downloads the file.
