With Uploadcare, your users can upload photos from: local file, url link, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, and Google Photos.

This plugin comes with image editing. Free crop your photos or enable fixed aspect ratios right in your user's uploading flow. Uploadcare shrinks large images down without compromising quality, allowing your website to load much quicker compare to conventional image uploaders.

Choose to allow users to upload singular photo or multiple photos all once at lightning speed.

This all-in-one solution will take your app to the next level.

UPDATED IMPROVEMENT: Users now have the option to upload files (PDF, DOC, etc).

Instructions

Head to https://uploadcare.com/ and sign up for a public API key.

Place the plugin into the editor and it's all good to go.

You can view the photos uploaded on Uploadcare's website.

If you would like to save the photos as backup on Bubble's database, you can save the url.

The url of each uploaded photo can be accessed as an exposed state. For a singular uploaded photo, the exposed state is called "Uploadcare's uploaded_picture", and for a list of uploaded photos, the exposed state is called "Uploadcare's uploaded_pictures_list".

Extra. Whenever a picture or pictures are uploaded, you can trigger an event called "Pictures Are Uploaded" in the workflows.

Upload V2 Files are uploaded event is not pulling edited image

April 28th, 2025

Plugin doesn't really work as expected. You can upload images fine, but if you edit the image in the uploader such as Crop, or Add a filter, the edited image is never uploaded to your UploadCare instance. After the clicking "apply" the changes show on the file uploader editor, but the original image is the one that is uploaded. Hopefully the owner of the plugin can troubleshoot and this review can change. Otherwise, save your money and use the API call.

April 10th, 2024

Hi, When there are more than 1 uploader elements on a page, there is a problem displaying the preview window, it doesn't work, could you please look into it? I didn't find a support link so this is why I'm leaving a review, sorry

Works great

I am still on the 1.143.0 version as that works best without bugs + it allows me to overlay my own custom buttons on top of the UC element.

Unable to get images from events once uploads are finished

December 17th, 2023

Happy to update this review once this gets resolved. At this point I cannot save anything that's uploaded and the only usable version is 1.143.0.

Hi! Sorry to hear about the bug and thank you for letting us now. I just deployed a new version that should resolve the issue. Please update to version 2.5.0 and let me know if it is resolved for you. (plugin author)
