Thank you for your feedback! Indeed the response time is a key metric for us, which we monitor closely, and we appreciate your comment. Depending on the action you are using, response time can be approved in several ways: 1) if you are using a docx template, the average run time for docMaker is 7 seconds. However, the file is then uploaded to Bubble, and this will add a few seconds to the overall run time depending on your Bubble plan. In order to improve the response time, you can: a. use the "custom" pdf engine (in the "advanced" section of the plugin), which is faster but does not support all font types (verdana works fine) b. unclick the "upload copy to docMaker" checkbox c. unclick the "get base64" data checkbox Also if you are using images, you may compress them first before sending them to docMaker 2) If you are printing a webpage to pdf, you can set the "min load time" to zero, and then you will have to optimize the loading time of the page you want to print, because docMaker will always wait for the page to be fully loaded before triggering the pdf printing.
