Set video OR image in Canvas element.
Use actions: play, pause, start_drawing, set_pencil, end_drawing and clear to make a draw.
Use action show_draw to show a saved draw over the Video Note element.
Events video_ended, video_playing, video_paused triggers as video events.
Event draw_ready triggers when an draw has finished and is ready to be saved in database. Use screenshot and time states to retrieve the information to be saved.
State screeshot contains the last draw screenshot. State time contains playback time of last draw.
States playing and drawing indicates the state of Canvas element.
