Create any trigger (preferably on page load), and load your tool-tips.
Use the singular approach for a singular tool-tip, or the multiple-use approach for all your tool-tips.

To inject custom content, just make sure your content is on your page somewhere (doesn't need to be human visible, make sure you have "Expose HTML ID Attributes" checked as an option on your application. Make a repeating group that has your ID's dynamically generated for each item inside the group, and hide it somewhere on the page.

Now, make an arbitrary list of those ID's somewhere, and add that to the "Contents" box rather then the "texts" box inside the "Tooltip Loader" action.
