Instructions

Place the "File Downloader" element on page. 
This element has no settings. 

You only call the element action in workflow with appropriate link. This will force the download, and once the download ready, it fires workflow event "when file downloaded", that can be used for any other actions.

Downloads of private files produce CORS error for some users in Chrome

I was hoping that a paid plugin would work in this regard but some users who attempt to download their files that have been uploaded as private get a CORs policy violation error and this plugin fails.
