Hello! I'm getting a 30s timeout using this plugin. Anyway around that?

We reached out several times via email to help troubleshoot the situation and asked for additional details that would allow us to reproduce the issue on our side. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any further replies, so we’re unable to confirm whether the problem has been fully resolved on your end. In our tests including on the plugin’s demo page the uploader processes files within a few seconds, and we couldn’t replicate the long delay you described. Since the rest of your files uploaded correctly except for one specific PDF, this typically indicates an issue with that individual file rather than with the plugin itself.
