Plugin details

Ever wanted to know when and element is fully loaded on the page?  Well wait no more.  This plugin returns a "yes" when the content of an element if fully loaded.  You can use it to trigger conditional statements or workflows.
Pro tip: this element activated when it is visible on that page.  So if you put it in a hidden group it will run when that group is made visible.  You can create a cascade effect with this method to simulate lazy loading.

Just spent an hour trying various ways of getting this to work with no success. No contact email or documentation but I've attached it to an RG with the idea of a loading screen hiding when the RG is loaded, and it does absolutely nothing.
