#Note:
In Firestore, "tables" = "collections" and "rows"/"entries" = "documents".
So when you read about "collections", think of them as tables or "data types" (for bubble). And when you read about "documents", think of them as "entries" on that table.
Different from bubble, you don't have to previously define your collections fields. They will be created while you store data on each document (which is awesome!)
