Installation Getting Started with Gemini Pro Bubble Plugin


Download and Installation

Navigate to the Bubble plugin marketplace and search for “Gemini Pro”
Click “Install” to add the Gemini Pro plugin to your Bubble application.


API Key Configuration

Generate your API keys by visiting Google AI Studio API Key Generation.
Copy the generated API key.
In your Bubble editor, go to the Gemini plugin settings and paste the API key into the designated “Gemini API Key” field.


Using Gemini Plugin Actions

Chat Completion (Client Side) A Gemini Data / Chat Completions (Without Streaming Client side) A Gemini Data
Navigate to your design tab, select visual Elements and choose Gemini Data element and add it to your page
This element gives you access to the Chat completion action that supports streaming to generate text based on a provided prompt.
Simply input your prompt into the designated prompt field in the plugin action to receive generated text that you can access through the result variable in the Gemini Data element
You can customise the action parameter such as the model, temperature, maximum output tokens, topK and topP fields
Chat Completions (Server Side)
Use this action to get one time response from the plugin without streaming
Simply input your prompt into the designated field in the plugin action to receive generated text from the plugin, you can customise the plugin parameters as you want.
