Unable to setup list of watchpoints and simultaneously setup a list of polygons

I am unable to setup the list of watchpoints and simultaneouly setup the list of polygons. How to watch the location of many users at a time and check whether their lat,long lie in any polygon or not if i have the live lat long of each user in my users database which gets updated continuously.
