This plugin utilizes the Help Scout Javascript API. To get started, please create a Help Scout account. Once your account has been set up, please enter your Beacon ID and secure ID into the plugin page inputs.
To generate a secure user in Help Scout, run the action Generate SHA256 signature. Next, create a user with the relevant details and pass the result of step () Generate SHA256 signature's signature.


When using the API please note Bearer is required before the API Key.
