A simple server action to compress or resize an image in the backend.

*API key is NOT required, but you can add your own Tinify API key to improve performance. Get a free API key here: https://tinypng.com/developers
*The returned image will be deleted in 24 hours. Make sure you save it to the database (e.g. saved to s3).
1. Add the action "Image compress and resize" to your workflow (can be frontend or backend).
2. Add the image url to the action. 3. Get the compressed image url by the exposed state "url". 4. Make sure you save the returned image (e.g. saved to s3).
