Plugin does not work in mobile despite showing mobile support...

Spoke with Bubble support regarding the issue and they pointed me towards talking with the plugin developer so that they can adjust the plugin page description. However, Google's mail delivery system shows that the email I tried sending to the address shown in the plugin's author contact option does not exist...
