Very similar to the main International Phone Input plugin by Airdev (inspired by Jack's library: https://github.com/jackocnr/intl-tel-input).

I had a few issues that needed tweaking so I did for my apps.

1. Fix: For iOS devices, the placeholder text was 2 pixels higher than the country input.
2. The output the country code can also be ISO format (i.e US, CA, MX instead of only DDI). That way, one input could be used as source to another input.
3. The disable input checkbox does not respect conditions.
4. Initial country has an issue with the :default to: parameter (if you add it, it just reads the default to and ignores a valid input)

*² Twilio says that US phone numbers are not able to send SMS to UK phone numbers. You'll need a UK number for that.
