Instructions 1. Enable API Access and Generate Access Token
In your external API service, set up API access and generate an access token.
Copy the token to use in the plugin settings.
2. Configure Action in Workflow
In your workflow, select the create_a_list_of_things action from the List to Data Plugin.
3. Enter API URL and Access Token
Paste the API URL into the Data API URL field.
Input the access token in the Data Token field for secure authentication.
4. Map Field Keys and List Data
Define up to three field keys and their corresponding values to structure the data:
Field Key 1 and Field 1 Values (required).
Field Key 2 and Field 2 Values (optional).
Field Key 3 and Field 3 Values (optional).
5. Trigger the Action
Run the workflow to initiate the create_a_list_of_things action.
Confirm successful data transfer or troubleshoot if any errors appear.
