I really need to use this so that i can standardize the open menu's formatting across browser types. There is an issue with the preselected values not actually populating the value field despite you seeing the display shown. Even if the user sees an option set as a preselected value, they have to manually go enter a value each time still. There is no option to make the input field empty by default either. So it tricks users into thinking they have a value there when they dont.

Too bad - seemed like it could be good option.
Just release new version fixing all issues (plugin author)
