Example of how to use event: 1. Go to the design tab, add the element "Cut detector" to the page
2. Go to workflow tab
3. Add Cut detector's "user cuts" event, with whatever action you want
4. Done!

NOTE: this does not give you access to what the user cut, simply that they cut something.
