EDIT: Still haven't received any messages from developer. Pagination doesn't show the 11th record between pages. Plug-in now seems depreciated as it is showing 'Missing Element' on all the pages where I have had it installed. Sent message to developer and haven't heard back. Plug-in works as described but does impact images on the screen. There is a workaround by putting them in a group, but it's a bit of a pain to do across the whole site and repeating headers.
