This plugin animates the placeholder by making it float at the top of the input when it is in focus. To use this plugin, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that all the input elements you want to animate on that page page must have the same ID attribute.
2. Create a placeholder animation element and pass the ID attribute of the inputs to it.

Note that this plugin is designed to work only with input elements placed in a column layout parent container. If you want to place inputs in a row, you will need to use multiple instances of the plugin element
