To play a sound or a song, put the Sound Player element on your page (don't worry it won't appear on the page), give it a file and in a workflow use the "Play a Sound Player" action.
You can set the volume (between 0 and 1), allow the song to loop or not, and prevent overlapping songs.

You can use the library of offered songs. To do that, just put a Sound Library element on your page, and use it just like the Sound Player element.

If you want more control over the library's sounds, you can put a Sound Player next to the library and fill the "Sound" field with the library's Sound, then play the Sound Player.
