Update: They fixed it!

July 20th, 2023

Update: Within a couple of weeks of this report, the newly deployed version resolved the issue. I was already using the responsive engine, so didn't need to change elements. A simple update was sufficient. Thanks!

Original: Been working without issue for a year, but is now completely broken. Same issue seen in the demo.

First of all please accept my sincere apologies for the negative experience that you've had with the plugin. 🙏

Our support team has attempted to contact you via email a few times to address the issue you had, but unfortunately, we haven't heard back.

Upon investigation, we have confirmed that the plugin functions properly on the new Bubble responsive engine. Furthermore, we have updated the plugin to version 1.6.0 and introduced a new element that is compatible with the Old Bubble responsive engine.
