To create a bot on Telegram, simply search for @botfather on the app and create the bot. The @botfather will provide a secret key that will be used later. Add the plugin to your app and to set the webhooks that will be the responses of your bot, you need to have a paid plan of Bubble. Simply add an action to the workflow, select "Set webhooks" and add your bot's token and the Bubble webhook URL. This way, your bot will be pointing to the Bubble webhooks.

To send a message, just create an "Send Message" action on the workflow, add the desired text and the Telegram user's "chat_id". This "chat_id" can be obtained whenever someone sends the "/Start" command to the bot. If the webhooks are configured correctly, all actions performed on the bot will be sent to the Bubble app. You can save the user's "chat_id" in the database and send a message to him using the "chat_id".
