Used to work perfect, but now having issues on mobile

We need urgent help with the plugin. It used to work well on mobiles, but now already 2 users reported that while the video got recorded and played back successfully, it wasn't saved to their profile, which means that the video link didn't save into the database (I can see that from the admin side).
I got help pretty fast from [email protected] The plugin works fine now. I was told to take the following steps: 1. Open your Bubble editor and locate the "VideoRecorder - File is uploaded" event. 2. Add a JavaScript action to this event. 3. In the JavaScript action, insert the following code: $('#videoContainer').html('<video style="width:100%;height:100%" controls autoplay muted><source src="' + video_url + '" type="video/mp4"></video>');

Love this plugin. We were using other plugins for capturing the webcam video, and a bunch or workarounds to get the videos to our AWS s3 storage, and eventually found this one which can do it without the workarounds. Has some good controls over the videos too, such as zoom, mirror and the ability to select the input, which has been very useful in our use case.

Can't save the video, would like a refund

Followed the docs step by step, the plugin doesn't produce a video URL. waste of time and money, hope not to lose the $100 that I spent
