This is an unofficial WalletConnect plugin for Bubble.
WalletConnect is an open protocol to communicate securely between Wallets and Dapps (Web3 Apps). The protocol establishes a remote connection between two apps and/or devices using a Bridge server to relay payloads.

Instructions

# Installation 1. Get the Project ID key from:
https://cloud.walletconnect.com/

2. Paste the key in the Project ID field in the plugins page

3. Add the plugin element on the page

4. Optional: Configure the theme and icon in the plugin element settings

# FIY
- If you want to connect to MetaMask on mobile, open the app inside native browser of your phone, you will see an option to connect via MetaMask.

- To connect to MetaMask mobile app from a PC, just scan the QR Code from your MetaMask app.

# How to test
You can open this page on a mobile phone, and use it as a test wallet to connect to our demo page or to your app.

If anyone is having issues with the plugin, do not hesitate to contact the author. (Remember to account for msg delay due to differences in time zones. The plugin fucntions as intended and has many of its own wallet interaction features.
Stopped working for SafePal and TRUST Wallet without any notice.

Thank you for the reply. The button on test page doesn't work. The SDK popup takes up to 5 minutes to load (Est EU, Russia, Turkey)

Hmm if you see this loom, the button is working ok: https://www.loom.com/share/6a516fadb12c453195ddf7ad22013ac8 Please make sure you haven't installed conflicting web3 plugins like those from zeroqode for example. they can result in multiple installations of necessary web3 libraries.

Demo page loads with a minute delay. Also the 'select wallet' missing SafePal and TRUST Wallet.

The test page for this pluging has no SafePal nor TRUST Wallet.

Hello, we do not control the list of wallets through the SDK, this is determined by walletconnect themselves. As you can see in this walletconnect forum post, the wallet list does not include Trust or Safepal for desktop. https://github.com/orgs/WalletConnect/discussions/2693

Just what i was looking for

I am not a professional nor am i too experienced with bubble on top of that this plugin. The team spent about 2 hours in walking me through the process of setting it up for mobile devices. Its working perfectly now. For anyone who install this plugin and has issues i would suggest not to jump to conclusions but simply contact the team in the Forum and you will see that this plugin does exactly what it says it does.
