When Using as an Action
You can use this plugin as an action within any workflow. Select the "Convert to WebP" action from the Plugins tab.



You can retrieve the converted image in a later action



When Using the Dedicated Element
Place the WebP Uploader element on the page. This element acts as a replacement for the standard Image Uploader.



Once an image is uploaded, the converted image will be stored in the element's Saved Image state.




Additionally, when the conversion is complete, the image_uploaded event will be triggered. If you want to execute a workflow upon completion of the conversion, use this event as a trigger.




Quality and Max Size
Adjusting the Quality setting allows you to lower the image quality to reduce file size or increase quality at the cost of a larger file size. If you have no specific preference, it is recommended to leave this setting at the default value.
Setting Max Size allows you to control the maximum file size, but please note that, in some cases, the final size may exceed the specified limit.
