My video doesnt play…

Hello! I'm using the Wonderful Video & Image Slider Plugin for Bubble Plugin. I have set it up to swipe through 3 videos, but when viewing on an iPhone, the first video doesn't display properly when the page is first loaded. The video area turns white. When I swipe to the second video, it displays without any issues, and if I swipe back to the first video, it shows correctly.  This issue only occurs on smartphones (I've tested it on an iPhone), and does not happen on a desktop. How can I ensure that the first video plays correctly and does not show as a white-out when the page is first loaded?

Need help to unmute with auto play active

Hi, I saw in your documentation when autoplay is checked in video options, the video always start muted. In my application I need to start unmuted whit the autoplay activated, theres anyway to make this work? Even if i have to create an action on workflow to unmute the video... Can you help me?

Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it!

Unfortunately, there is no way for an autoplay video to start with sound, as this is not allowed by browser policies (see references in the plugin’s documentation). You can still use autoplay video with sound, however it must be after the user has interacted with the page, at least through a click on the page.
